Dinah Shore began working in TV with "The Dinah Shore Show" (1951-1957), which broadcast twice a week, and later hosted a prime-time variety series, "The Dinah Shore Chevy Show" (1956-1963). Listen to "See The USA" as a RealAudio File Dinah served as a spokesperson for Chevrolet and did commercials and promotional things like this record that was distributed by the Chevy dealers. I have this record in my collection. It's the size of a 45 rpm, but runs at 33 1/3 rpm. Here's a sample of a song from this record entitled "You Meet The Nicest People" in RealAudio format. Some of the other duties she performed were appearances at the GM Motoramas. Here's a picture of Dinah in a Nomad.
