In 1957 Chevrolet was
redesigned again. One area that showed that Chevrolet was trying to appeal to the younger
market was development of better small block engines. They introduced the 283 c.i. V8
shown here that remained rhe workhorse for may years to come. |

The profile enjoyed by the '55/'56 Chevys was reworked
in 1957. The quarter panel trim was changed and the "fins" appeared. |
