The Chevrolet dealers in 1958 took advantage of the hype created by the Motorama to sell their cars to the public. One of the ways they caught the public's attention was the use of creative billboards such as the one shown here.

They also used direct mail pieces to keep in touch with their current customers and to attract new customers. The item to the left helped explain the features of the new Chevrolet.

Here's an example of a piece that the dealers wouldn't have mailed to the general public. It lists the delivered prices of the 1958 Chevrolets.
