Here is some software that will help you if you're restoring or maintaining
your Classic or family car. Shareware allows you to try it before you buy it.
You'll need to register with the program author if you decide to keep it.
I've also encluded some auto clipart collections I've found on the web. Most
programs are (.zip) files and you'll need a program like "WinZip" to uncompress
them.

CarRestore - WoodyG Software |
CarRestore
is a specialty database application specifically tailored for those involved in restoring
or refurbishing automobiles. It will enable you to keep track of the purchase
history of your car(s) as well as maintain detailed records about all the replacement
parts you've purchased. You can record the part names, numbers, prices, and the dates they
were bought and installed. You can also keep notes on the various suppliers, including
their contact information. A separate memo area allows you to add special notes about each
part. CarRestore also keeps a running total of the cost of the parts you've purchased. If
you're interested in keeping accurate records on your restoration project, CarRestore is a
well-designed application that offers a simple, yet quite detailed way to maintain a
precise record of the total cost of your project. (Shareware) |
